"a) Check the battery level on the Bluetoth bar (or in Bluetooth settings) in the mobile phone when the device is connected to the mobile phone

b) Check if there is inconsistency in device's battery pecentage shown on the Bluetooth bar (or in Bluetooth settings) in the mobile phone. If yes, then please ask to do the RESET
