- Remove the device from Mobile phone's Bluetooth settings and restart the Mobile phone's Bluetooth
- Reconnect the device again with the Mobile phone
- Restart the Mobile Phone and RESET the device and then connect the device with Mobile Phone
- Make sure the product is fully charge before doing the RESET.
