Check that you have enabled Notifications in the Noisefit app. To do this, open the NoiseFit app, go to Settings. Select Notifications & alerts.

Then select the apps that you want to receive notifications from.

Make sure you give notification access to noisefit

Check for firmware and app update.

Turn OFF Battery Saver/ Battery Optimization and power saver mode. To save battery few mobile phones Halts/Pause/Stop the app due to which

App is not able to communicate with watch; few phones also blocks/ prevent bluetooth interaction to save battery. (Images)- Lock the app in background. (Images)

Turn off battery restrictions (Only for android 12)

Make sure you watch and mobile phone is in bluetooth range and are connected.

Check if Power saving is activated on watch. Turn it OFF.

Check if the toggle is on for Notifications alerts. Navigate to My device > Notifications > App notifications > Allow > Settings page will open > Find the NoiseFit icon> click on the icon > Turn toggle ON for Allow Notifications.

Check if the toggle is on for call alerts. Navigate to My device > Call alerts > turn on the toggle > allow the required permissions.

Please check from phone’s settings, if calls and notifications permission is granted.

Make sure DND is deactivated from watch.

Check if the watch is connected with the app

Go to Settings of the Phone > Notifications, select apps you want to receive notifications from, enable Allow notifications and Display in status bar, Banners, and set Lock screen notifications to Show.

For specific App, if issues still persists open Whatsapp (or the other App), go to me > Settings > Notifications, and enable Notifications Center, and check whether this issue can be resolved.

If the issue persists, restart your phone and connect your phone to the watch, and try to see whether you can receive notifications on your watch.
