1. Ask CX to put watch on charge and check if watch is vibrating.

2. If No ask CX to charge it with Laptop or with 5V 1 Amp. Adaptor.(Follow product not getting charge TS)

3. If watch is vibrating and lines or dots on display ask CX to reset the watch if screen issue resolved go for Firmware upgrade.
