Why is the error message being displayed - “Watch face transfer Failed”?                                                

Firmware Update-                                          

Check for watch firmware update. Go to > My Device > Tap on watch icon at top left corner > Click on check for update. If update is available, please charge your watch to minimum 70% and update the watch.                                               

App Update-                                       

Check for NoiseFit app update. Go to profile (Tap on top right icon) > About > Check for updates. Please update the app.                                      

Important Information-                                              

Make sure you have a stable internet connection.                                        

Watch battery should be more than 30% to update the watch face.                                    

Check if the watch is connected with the app.                                              

Watch should be in Bluetooth range of the mobile.
