The power bank casing is bulging, swollen or warped

Stop using the power bank immediately.

1. Disconnect it from the charger and all connected devices.

2. Do not press, puncture, open or attempt to repair it.

3. Keep it away from heat and flammable materials.

4. Contact Noise Support for replacement assistance.

Do not continue charging or using the power bank.
