My workout summary is missing, or shows the wrong duration - Noise REP Band
"1. Confirm the workout was started and ended from within the app or on the band, rather than relying on automatic detection, as automatic detection can occasionally start or stop later than expected.
2. Open the app and allow a couple of minutes for the workout to sync before checking the Fitness/Activity tab.
3. Check that the band remained connected throughout the session; a brief disconnection is usually recovered automatically (see 'Band disconnected during a workout').
4. Avoid starting a new workout within a few minutes of finishing the previous one, as this can cause the two sessions to merge.
5. Force-close the app completely, reopen it, and check the Fitness/Activity tab again.
6. If the duration is still incorrect, or the summary is still missing, please contact support with the approximate start and end times of the workout so that we can investigate."
Steps or calories not updating - Noise REP Band
"• Syncing can occasionally take a few minutes, so a short delay is entirely normal.
1. Check that the band is worn correctly: approximately 1 cm above the wrist bone, with the sensor flat against the skin, snug but not tight.
2. Pull down on the home screen to trigger a manual sync, and confirm the device status shows 'Connected'.
3. Check that the band's battery is above 3% (double-tap the band; the LED will display the level).
4. If the issue persists, force-close the app completely, reopen it, and allow a short delay for the data to update.
5. If the issue continues, unpair the band (Settings → My Devices → Unpair Device) and pair it again from the Device Search page.
6. If the problem still persists, check whether an update is available for the app and install it, or reinstall the app."
Sync is stuck at 0% or keeps spinning - Noise REP Band
"1. Keep the band within 10 m (33 ft) of your phone with minimal obstructions, and ensure its battery is above 3%.
2. Allow a few moments for the sync to complete, as a large backlog of data can take longer.
3. Force-close the app completely and reopen it.
4. On Android, check that NoiseFit is not battery-restricted or listed under 'sleeping apps'. On iOS, check that Background App Refresh is enabled and that the app was not force-quit.
5. If the sync remains stuck, unpair and re-pair the band.
6. If the problem still persists, check whether an update is available for the app and install it, or reinstall the app."
Today's data looks incomplete - Noise REP Band
"• Gaps in your data usually come down to one of three causes:
1. The band was off your wrist, for example while charging or resting on a shelf, and so had nothing to record during that time.
2. Your phone paused background syncing. On Android, this is usually caused by battery saver or the app being listed under 'sleeping apps'; on iOS, it is usually caused by Background App Refresh being switched off, Low Power Mode, or the app having been force-quit.
3. The data simply has not synced yet; pull down on the home screen with the band nearby to trigger a sync.
• Also check whether the band's battery reached 3% at any point during the day, as it powers down automatically at that level after first saving your data."
My sleep data is missing or wasn't recorded - Noise REP Band
"1.Wear the REP Band correctly throughout the night:
2.Position the band approximately 1 cm above the wrist bone.
3.Ensure the optical sensor is flat against your skin.
4.Wear the band snugly so it does not slide during sleep.
5.Open the NoiseFit app after waking up. Sleep data syncs the first time the app is opened. If required, pull down on the Home screen to manually sync.
6.Ensure the REP Band had sufficient battery charge overnight. Charge the band before bedtime if the battery is low.
7.If the sleep data still does not appear, force-close the NoiseFit app and reopen it.
8.If the issue persists, restart the REP Band and sync again.
Finally, check that you are using the latest version of the NoiseFit app. If necessary, update or reinstall the app.
Notes
A short delay in displaying sleep data after waking is normal.
Sleep data is recorded only when the REP Band is worn correctly throughout the night.
Heart rate readings look too high or low - Noise REP Band
1. Wear the band correctly: approximately 1 cm above the wrist bone, with the sensor flat against the skin, snug but not tight.
2. Keep the sensor glass clean and dry, as sweat and residue can scatter the light the sensor relies on.
3. Remain still during spot readings, as cold skin and tattoos can interfere with optical sensors.
4. During weightlifting and short, intense intervals, wrist-based readings can lag; tighten the strap by one notch, or wear the band slightly higher on the wrist, during workouts.
No reading captured - Noise REP Band
1. Tighten the strap by one notch and check that the sensor sits flat against the skin.
2. Clean the sensor glass with a soft, dry cloth.
3. Rest your arm on a table and try again.
4. If readings consistently fail, reboot the band from the app's device page and try once more.
